So a regular blogger doesn’t just fall off the face of the earth without some explanation. Here’s the quick version – life got hectic. So, now that I’ve dusted myself off and have a chance to catch my breath, I’m happy to be getting back up on all the mess happening here in the raposphere.

As a token of my esteemed appreciation, I have changed the layout of YFWB, which is now 3.0 style if you’re counting. I liked the colors and the style, so I kept it. I have a few more upgrades still to come, but I wanted to get back to writing, which is by far the more critical task.I haven’t found a place for some of the previous features, like the blogroll, but not to worry – I’ll be giving the homies their due in some form.

So, as I listen to more new music in a week than I have in a 3 months, I offer an apology to my regular readers.  I was telling my man B-Easy over at Nappy Afro that I never wanted to be that lame who writes “I’m sorry I haven’t posted lately, but….”  yet, here we are.

Anyway, I’m back in the go mode.  Glad to be here.
