5 Other Lawsuits That Should Be Filed Against Diddy

Posted on 29 January 2011 by BDouble (0)

It was reported yesterday that Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued by some crackpot for a cool $1 Trillion for allegedly causing 9/11 (amongst other offenses):

“A Los Angeles judge has set a court date for a woman named Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks who is suing P. Diddy (Sean Combs) for $1 trillion, alleging he was the one who caused 9/11. Turks also claims the rapper/producer stole a poker chip from her worth “100 zillions of dollars” and that they have a son together named Cornelius Wilson who is now 23 years old.”

While Diddy preps for what is certainly the trial of his life, YFWB wanted  to take a moment to list some of the other lawsuits that could (or should) be filed against Diddy:

  1. Negligence Causing Bennifer: If he and Shyne didn’t shoot up that club, J. Lo may still be with the Bad Boy mogul. If she didn’t leave, she wouldn’t have hooked up with Ben Affleck.  No “Bennifer”, No Gigli.  Could have prevented the suffering of millions.

  2. Promise To Pay: With Diddy taking those 80′s classics and looping them into big hits, a gang of washed up rock and pop acts from 20 years ago thought they were getting a new payday – courtesy of Bad Boy.  After that trend fizzled, so did their hopes for getting paid and a guest appearance at the MTV movie awards.  That’s just mean.

  3. Class Action: Record execs and labels will file a class action lawsuit  against Diddy for creating and promoting Making The Band, which not only made every sub-par amateur rapper think they can get a record deal, but also become a TV star.  Their Inboxes and mail rooms have been flooded with sewage ever since.

  4. Twitter Tort: The founders of Twitter are expected to file suit for harming the company’s esteem and reputation after Diddy’s constant and relentless tweeting has encouraged countless celebrities (both real and imagined) from offering their thoughts on every subject, regardless of how ignorant or crazy they sound.

  5. Defamation: By creating and releasing  both Born Again and Duets: The Final Chapter, the Estate of Christopher Wallace should file suit against Diddy for harming Biggie’s reputation, character and legacy.

Any other charges to be filed?
